| The Induna Lap Race takes place on a 7km single track course , handcut through indigenous forest and a short down hill section @ spectator area - YOU WILL LOVE IT! |
| Lap Distance: 7 km Men (16>): 4 Laps Women(16>): 3 Laps Boys (<15): 3 Laps Girls (<15): 2 Laps |
| Spectators: The course is spectator friendly and you can walk to various sections on the cousre. Highlights are the short down hill, at the venue and the pump house section where riders wil pass twice at each lap. |
