Race Rules: Atletes have to wear helmet and PFD, No hitting, No pulling of atletes spray decks, No drunk athletes, You have to be in your boat over finish line, and Oudts will voice more rules on the day .

Participants of Multi Sport only take part in Race 2 while participants of the White Water Kayaking will take part in Race 1 & Race 2.
